We offer two types of delivery:
FRANCE :
Standard: via Colissimo: delivery costs are free in France within 2 to 3 business days from the shipment of your order.
Express: via Chronopost: delivery costs are 10€ in France within 24 hours from the shipment of your order (excluding
weekends and bank holidays).
EUROPE (EXCLUDING FRANCE) :
Standard: via UPS: delivery costs are 10€ in Europe (excluding France) within 2 to 5 business days from the shipment of your
order. Delivery costs are free for all orders over 150€.
You can track your parcel either by clicking on the tracking number mentionned in your order confirmation email sent by our Customer Service or through your personnal account by clicking on « Follow your order ». In both cases you will automatically be redirected to the website of La Poste or UPS which will indicate at what stage of delivery your package is.
Paregabia.com delivers in Metropolitan France, excluding DOM/TOM. and in Europe within the following countries: France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic.
Deliveries in a P.O. Box won’t be accepted.
It is not necessary to be home for the delivery. Indeed, no signature is necessary and if you are not in, the deliveryman will place the parcel in the letter box. If the parcel is too large, you will be given a notice to collect it from the post office or relay point indicated.
In order to offer a high quality service, we prepare all orders as soon as they are validated. Thus, we are able to deliver your order as soon as possible. As a result, once an order is validated by our Customer Service, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service by e-mail at contact@paregabia.com.
You may experience a few minutes delay after you have placed your order and before you receive the order summary. You should also check your "Spam" inbox, as the message may have been delivered there depending on your email settings. If you still have not received an email, please contact our Customer Service by e-mail at contact@paregabia.com.
The following credit cards are accepted: Carte Bleue, E-Carte Bleue, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Sofort, iDeal, Multibanco, Giropay and Bancontact Mistercash.
All transactions made on the Paregabia.com website are secure. The presence of a padlock next to the page address beginning with "https" indicates that you are in a secure environment.
Thanks to the 3DSecure system, the security of payments made with Visa® and Mastercard® is reinforced by the "Verified by Visa®" and "MasterCard® SecureCode" payment methods.
If your product does not suit you, Paregabia.com offers a free return service.
When you receive your order, a prepaid return form will be sent to you in your parcel. Put the items to be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Put the return form in your parcel, duly completed with the reason for the return of each item concerned. Stick the prepaid return label on your parcel, then drop the parcel off at a post office or a Colissimo or UPS collection point and keep the proof of deposit. You can then track the shipment on our partner websites.
The refund is made within 1 business days.
You have 30 days to make your return. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by email at contact@paregabia.com.
The returned product must be in good condition and must not have been worn. It must be in its original packaging and must be accompanied by the duly completed return form. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the Customer will not be accepted. Exchanges are not possible for stock management reasons.
Please note that the return label must be stuck on the shipping box and not on the shoe box. If this is not the case, our after-sales service reserves the right to refuse the return.
Your order will be reimbursed within 14 working days of receipt in the warehouse (except for exceptional delays by your bank).
To clean your espadrille, we recommend that you dust the canvas with a soft brush, then soak a clean white cloth in a mixture of water and Marseille soap.
Gently clean the entire surface of the espadrille and then rinse with clean water. It is important to do this all over the fabric, otherwise there is a risk of marks or stains.
Once clean, leave to dry in the open air, avoiding the sun which could discolour or shrink the fabric.
Do not use the washing machine to clean your shoes; this may damage materials, colors and cause detachments.
To clean your leather sandals, we recommend using cotton wool and a small amount of cleansing milk, then rubbing gently with circular movements. It is important to do this over the entire surface, otherwise there is a risk of marks or stains.
Then wipe with a clean, soft cloth that is slightly damp. Leave to dry in the open air, avoiding the sun, which could damage the material.
We advise you to wash your organic cotton t-shirt in the washing machine at 40°C, inside out and with similar colors. It is also best to air dry it flat or on a hanger. Use the "cotton" program on your iron, on medium heat.
We advise you to wash your towel in the washing machine at 40°C, with similar colours without adding fabric softener. This could make your towel less absorbent in the long run. Instead, add 15cl of white vinegar, which will keep the fabric soft and fluffy.
It is also best to air dry, avoiding the sun which tends to harden the fibres, making them rougher.
